  • Q: I forgot to use a coupon code, can you add it for me?

  • A: Sorry, unfortunately coupon codes have to be applied by you when placing the order. 

  • Q: Is the Lash band uncomfortable? 

  • A: No, I would say the band is very comfortable. It’s thick so it’s easy to apply but it lays flat against your lash line and it is very light weight

  • Q: My address is incorrect in PayPal, it’s been less than an hour can you fix it?

  • A: Yes, we can try! Send us an email at cottoncandyeyelashes@gmail.com and we will work on getting your lashes to you. 

  • Q: My address is incorrect in PayPal, it’s been more than an hour can you fix it?

  • A: Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that we can fix this. Please send us an email at cottoncandyeyelashes@gmail.com and we will try to get your order to the correct address. If we already have a tracking number for your order, it may be too late. 

  • Q: How long does it take to deliver?

  • A: We ship out on weekdays. ​Please allow 2-3 days for processing. ​Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days to deliver for Domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international Orders. No shipping is offered on weekends and Holidays.
